How can I book an apartment?
The easiest, fastest and most secure way to book an apartment is to use our online booking engine on our website. The entire process will take 2-3 minutes and your reservation will be confirmed immediately. Alternatively, you can send us an email by filling in the contact form on our website or you can phone us during reception hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please allow us 24 hours to process email requests and be aware that your credit card details will be needed to secure the reservation.
What happens after booking an apartment?
In all cases, we are processing your booking within 24 hours and we are contacting you by sending our welcome email with useful information to help you better plan and prepare your stay. Unfortunately some emails may be blocked by spam filters so in case you do not receive our info email within 24 hours, please contact us.
Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel my reservation?
If you cancel your reservation 3 or more days prior to your arrival, no cancellation fee applies. If you cancel your reservation 2 days or less prior to your arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
When can I check in?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. If you arrive to us before 2:00 PM: unfortunately we cannot guarantee early check-in, however, you can drop off your bags during our reception opening hours and come back in the afternoon to do the check-in and get into your room. In all cases we would like to ask you to provide us with your expected arrival time so that we can plan the need for our availibility at the reception after 6:00 PM. A late check in fee will be applied for arrivals after 10:00 PM.
When shall I check out?
Check out is until 11:00 AM. If you are leaving before our reception opening hours, please let us know in advance and you can leave your key behind in the apartment and close the door. If you are leaving the city later that day, you can leave your luggages at the reception after checking out, but we kindly ask you to pick them up by no later than 6:00 PM. Depending on room availability, you can stay in your apartment and check out later than 11:00 AM, in this case, 50 EUR late check out fee will be applied.
When do I pay for the accomodation?
Payment is due at your check-in and is possible in cash (HUF or EUR) or by credit card.
Are there extra charges in addition to the accomodation fee?
The advertised rates cover the accomodation fee, VAT, daily cleaning service, wireless internet in the rooms, A/C, television channels. The local city tax is not included in the rates, which is 4% at the moment but subject to local regulations and can change any time.
What is the consequence of causing demage to the property?
Disorderly behavior or non-compliance with the rules and regulations will result in eviction as well as payment for any damage caused. The guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
Is there an airport shuttle service?
Yes, upon request, we will organize your taxi pick-up and transport from and to the airport. We guarantee fixed transportation fares, no waiting time and personalized pick-up through our contracted partner.
Is there on site parking for guests?
Unfortunately due to the fact that the building is more than 100 years old, there is no parking garage on site. Street parking is possible in front of the building; between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on weekdays, an hourly charge is to be paid in parking automats. Alternatively, you can park in a parking garage 50 meters from our building in Holló street for an hourly fee or for a discounted pre-paid daily fee.
Is the facility non-smoking?
Yes, smoking is forbidden in all apartments and throughout the building, however it is allowed to smoke on the balcony of the balcony apartments. Violation of the smoking rules will result in a 100 EUR fine to be paid for cleaning cigarette smoke.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in the entire building.
Is there daily cleaning and towel change?
Yes. We provide free daily maid service including cleaning and towel change every day, and changing bed linen after 4 nights.
Is there internet access in the apartments?
Yes, high speed wireless internet access is provided in all apartments and in the restaurant for free.
Is it possible to do laundry?
The apartments are not equipped with washing machines, however, you can inquire about our laundry services at the reception.
How is the kitchen equipped?
The kitchen is equipped with fridge (with freezer), microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, cookware, dishes, cutlery, ideal to cook and eat for 2 people.
Is there an iron and ironing board?
Yes, you can request an iron and an ironing board at the reception.
How many people can stay in the apartments?
Our apartments are suited for two people. Only our delux apartment may be suitable for 3 or 4 people, 2 of them sleeping on a convertible couch.
Are extra beds provided in the apartments?
Our apartments are best suited for two people, we do not provide extra beds, except baby cots for small children.
Can I request baby cot and high chair for my small child?
Yes, upon your prior request, we will provide baby cot, high chair and baby bath tub in your apartment. Please send us an email or make a note in your booking with this request.
